THE CHURCH OVERCOME WHEN IT
REMAINS IN THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN
Rev 12:7 Now war arose in
heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon. And the dragon and
his angels fought back, 8 but he was defeated, and there was no
longer any place for them in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was
thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the
deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels
were thrown down with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven,
saying, “Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the
authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been
thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God. 11 And
they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their
testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death. 12
Therefore, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to you, O
earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath, because he
knows that his time is short!”
Gen 3:1 Now the serpent was
more crafty than any other beast of the field that the LORD God had made. He
said to the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the
garden’?” 2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat of the
fruit of the trees in the garden, 3 but God said, ‘You shall not eat
of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you
touch it, lest you die.’” 4 But the serpent said to the woman, “You
will not surely die.
Because of sin, creation was
separated into two places by GOD
Colossians 1:16 For by Him all
things were created, both in the heavens and on the earth, visible and
invisible; whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities; all things
have been created through Him and for Him.
1. THE KINGDOM OF GOD. He established His throne in
heaven, Psalm 103:19 The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, And
His kingdom rules over all. It is a place governed by its justice, HIS
word is what governs it.
2. THE EARTH. It was a place of communion with God, until
Satan deceived man, Genesis 3:24 So He drove out the man; and He placed
cherubim at the east of the Garden of Eden, along with a flaming sword that
turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.
There are two completely opposite
places, light vs. darkness, justice vs. sin, King of Justice vs.
Deceiver/Accuser.
The enemy was thrown to the earth,
Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who
is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown
down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. It
is a place governed by deceit, and sin
All of us are born on earth
because of sin without an awareness of the kingdom of heaven, and that is why
only THE GOSPEL can open our consciences to understand our spiritual condition,
that we are dead, and that we also live in the deception that Satan has created
in this world and is always working to keep us in condemnation and guilt.
JESUS OPENED THE WAY TO ACCESS THE
KINGDOM OF GOD AGAIN, Mat 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, “Repent,
for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

VICTORY BELONGS TO OUR GOD AND WE
CAN ALL BE PART OF IT WHEN WE BELIEVE IN THE GOSPEL, AND WE DECIDED TO DWELL IN
HIS KINGDOM, 11
And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their
testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.

ONLY BY HIS BLOOD WE CAN BE SAVED, We are redeemed by the sacrifice of JESUS
CHRIST, understanding our condition of spiritual death. REPENTANCE, we can
never go from death to life by our own strength, merits, or works, only by the
grace of GOD will our redemption be possible.
2.
TESTIMONY; Our Confession of Faith, which is shown in a life that has completely
renounced living in the world, where Satan rules, to dedicate ourselves to live
in the kingdom of heaven, in the place where we now belong.
IT IS CLEAR THROUGHOUT THE BOOK OF
REVELATION THAT THE WRATH OF GOD WILL COME UPON ALL THE INHABITANTS OF THE
EARTH, inhabit
means the place where we remain, that which shapes what we think, speak, do,
etc.
Rev 3:10 Because you have kept the
word of my patience, I also will keep you from the hour of trial that is going
to come upon the whole world, to test those who inhabit the earth.

JESUS FROM THE BEGINNING WARNED US
THAT WE MUST REMAIN IN HIM. John 15:6 Whoever does not remain in me will be thrown out like a
branch, and it withers; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and
they burn. 7 If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, ask whatever you
wish, and it will be done for you. 8 In this is my Father glorified, that you
bear much fruit, and so you will be my disciples. 9 As the Father has loved me,
so I have loved you; remain in my love. 10 If you keep my commandments, you
will remain in my love; just as I have kept my Father's commandments and remain
in his love.
TO OVERCOME WE MUST REMAIN, DWELL
IN HIM, THIS MEANS LIVING UNDER HIS GOVERNMENT, HIS WORD.
REFLECTION,
1. The day I received the Lord
JESUS as Savior and Lord, I COMPLETELY DESPISED earthly life, understanding
that it will only lead me to death?
2. What shapes my life? What do I feed on every day? Do what I
speak, think, and do manifest the love of JESUS?
3. Does the one who knows me
recognize in my testimony that I belong to the kingdom of GOD?
